Hourly Pay Rates?
Pay rates per Hour? Postman / Woman OEPG. Can somebody explain to me the hourly rates. ie, First ten hours, next ten hours etc. I am fairly new to this game and the Payslip has got me baffled!

if I remember correctly (and its getting more difficult as each year passes) PT dont get overtime untill they have done 40hrs and then get the same rate as we do. Unfair yes but that's the company we work for.
