Hourly Pay Rates?

Pay rates per Hour? Postman / Woman OEPG. Can somebody explain to me the hourly rates. ie, First ten hours, next ten hours etc. I am fairly new to this game and the Payslip has got me baffled!

You get paid less the more hours you work, some genius union negotiation team thought that was a good idea!!!!!ImageImage

We get paid double-rate.

i.e. weakly, weekly :d'oh!

Not sure what you mean,hourly rate only changes after the 1st 10 hrs of overtime for full timers.
Not sure how the part time things work.Are you part time?
Give us more details and i'm sure we can help.

if I remember correctly (and its getting more difficult as each year passes) PT dont get overtime untill they have done 40hrs and then get the same rate as we do. Unfair yes but that's the company we work for.
