where's my package?!

On http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (the site of China Post) I saw that my package was here on 3 August:

Your item was received by sorting center(UNITED KINGDOM LANGLEY HWDC) at 2012-08-03 08:55:00.

It's now 28 of August and It has to be in The Netherlands.
I don't know what to do :sad:

The package is from China Post but when a contact them I get no answer.
The package has to be send forward to the Netherlands..

Can you help me?

If China Post sent it to the UK in error then HWDC either sent it back to China for correction, on there is a slim chance they sent it onwards to The Netherlands. However with the time-scales given I think it has probably been returned to China and if so it may have been sent surface.

How can I in touch wit China EMS?
IF I call this number 008620111183 is the call will finish immediately.
