Tubes and packages??
hi, just asking if royal mail put packages in tubes in a different place to the others (in the sorting office)??. I ask because i have noticed every time i'm sent a package in a long tube it arrives late and a bit dirty... but all smaller packets and packages arrive quickly. Are my packages (tubes) being put to one side and being forgotten till a different member of staff comes along and notices that it should of gone out days before?.

Re: Tubes and packages??
In my office tubes are treated exactly the same as other packets.
If a walking postman took it, and it stuck out of his bag, that might account for it being dirty. A van should take it really if it's that long, but often walkers get stuck with them.
