Hi
I'm hoping for a customs refund, so once I have received it what happens to the £8 handling charge?
My sorting office says they are automatically refunded by customs.
Thanks.

Re: Customs Refund - RM Handling Charge
I'm not 100% sure on this one. However, as customs have made the mistake, I would imagine it to be true. If not, I would be taking it up with RM. Remember tho, no matter how much the customs charge is, there is always the £8 fee(unless this has changed in past 6 weeks) from RM.
Would it be a full refund of duty you are expecting back, or a partial refund of duty?
