Was due to have a parcel collected today using the Parcelforce Express 48 service.
I have been in all day and no one called yet the status on the tracking says:
Status: Refused Acceptance
Parcel tracks
Date Time Location Tracking Event
15-03-2011 13:56 Cleveland Depot Collection attempted - parcel not available
Does this mean they are refusing to collect OR that they actually came?
My main question is: do they automatically try and collect again tomorrow or is there something I have to do as I cannot find any "re-book a collection" type page on their website?

We only have a few Parcel Force staff as members on this unofficial site so it may take some time to get an answer. Have you tried contacting the same people you made the booking through.
