recorded delivery posted in england on 20th december 2010, has still not arrived.
can anyone advise if there are still delays in delivering to addresses in scotland?
i have tried to contact customer services, but going round and round in circles with the automated service!
appreciate your help.

Some areas of Scotland are OK and some aren't - if you give us a rough idea of the town or part of a city it would help.

i have to admit our office cleared everything we got in during the xmas pressure and i am still missing a package from hong kong dating from the last week in november when the bad weather first struck .... i don't know if their is still a backlog of packets .... if their is .. i hope mine turns up sometime

Our office cleared everything that was brought in too. Have no idea what the mail centre or distribution centre is like now tho.
