Is anyone else having issues? Item sent out on Monday, on Tuesday morning it said we expect to deliver before the guaranteed time, 1pm came and went, tracking then changed to progressing through our network and has been like that since.
I called RM who said the item was received on 20th at Jubilee mail centre and hasn't been scanned since.
I sent an item from here in NI to Peterborough on Tuesday SD it was delivered yesterday.
I've also had regular mail so I can only assume a hold up at Jubilee Mail centre. Anyone else having SD issues?

The SD guarantee is no longer guaranteed while the bad weather and what not is going on. That should have been explained to you when you sent itDj9928 wrote:Is anyone else having issues? Some M/Cs have struggled getting the mail through but they're trying their best to get it all shifted!
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

It was explained, but they also said it should be here before Xmas, it seems to have got stuck at the first hurdle.

I was delivering SD items today dated from 17th to the 22nd (and one even came in the normal packet bag) so your packet should come (even if the manager has to come out with it himself 
).
