Could someone tell me if you do 8 hrs overtime what is your enlitlement regarding breaks

i believe its 40 mins, but i havent worked 40hrs a week for a few yrs so best not quote me on that

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

40 mins plus 20 grace relief for a 8 hr standard working shift so i am sure it must be the same?

Attendance length 7 hours 1 minute to 8 hours 59 minutes = total breaks 40 minutes (probable pattern 40 mins, or 20 + 20 mins).
Way Forward Agreement, Section 5. Meal Breaks

nb it's 10 minutes less for SA.

just go the same break as the regulars, 20 mins then 40 mins..you are working the same hours so take the same breaks .

8 hour shift.... 1 break of 1 hour.
And after a while, you can work on points for style,

Think we need to flag this up, we shouldn't get less when working the same hours.
