Hi- I'm having a few issues with my mail being opened and things being stolen. I've completed the lost/stolen form and *still* not heard anything back- but that's another issue. My question is- I know it must be someone in the Winchester/Hampshire area because its from mail posted all over England- and try as I might I cannot find a number to call to report it. Every time I call the royal mail number and get through to someone thy just tell me to wait for a reply to my claim and are sooo unhelpful. It's not on if i've had 2 things stolen in 2 weeks and I cant be the only one having stuff nicked.
If there is a complaints number anyone knows of that would be really helpful, thaaaaaaaaaaaaanks!
xoxo

customer services number is 08547 740 740
Do you live in a flat? Has anyone else where you live have access to your mail? Are the items correctly addressed? Sometimes my mail goes elsewhere because there is a ***** Close and I live in ***** Road.
Items sometimes get damaged going through the machinery and can look like they've been sliced open, same with packages poorly wrapped.

Re: Stolen Items- can someone help?
To be honest if you feel that your mail is being opened and stuff stolen don't bother with customer care , phone the local mail centre and ask to speak to a member of the P.O.I.D . I had to deliver 3 birthday cards the other day to one house all had come from differant areas of the country all were slit open and sealed with selotape. I showed my manager and he told me to post them and tell them to phone CC if anything was missing not good enough IMHO
