If you have an accident, ring no one except emergency services etc. and leave the mail in the street, not your responsibility if you're injured

Who ya gonna call?

GHOSTBUSTERS!!!

More chance of help from them than managers out spending their ill-gotten bonuses and not answering the office phone. Which would make a most interesting H & S case in court should an accident occur out on duty .......

 Same in our office, and not just for staff, but customers too! On the wall there is a sign saying phone cals should be answered in three minutes!Ha..Ikknow that quite often theManagers are there but choose to stay in the canteen or
whatever, any thing but take phone calls. Over the years one or two have given out their own mobile numbers but still do nit answer.

This is a H&S matter pure and simple - there should be an emergency contact number at all times. In our DO we have one for after 2.00pm. The normal one is manned by a Manager until that time and to be fair to the DOM it does appear as though he does ensure this happens.

If you have no local IR Rep or H&S rep then track down and contact you Area H&S Rep sharp.
