I've been expecting an item since 12/12/25 it's seemingly lost between getting scanned into the system and being taken somewhere else.
I've already contacted the person who sent it, and they're also confused, as they sent out two items at the same time, and the other has already been delivered, while mine hasn't even "moved" both items were shipped using the same service tracked 48 hours.
The last scan since the 12th was
Accepted at Parcelshop
Upper Street Post Office [N1 1RL]
Any help would be appreciated.

Bit difficult to provide any advice without any tracking information or a description of the contents.
If it is something you bought online then it is the seller’s responsibility to chase it.
