Hi all,
Waiting for a parcel from Australia. I got a text saying it was supposed to arrive today after tracking in the UK. It didn't so I checked the tracking and it says it is received in Australia after already being tracked in the UK.
I've ordered from the company before and never saw this, did they really ship it back to Australia? Here is the tracking info
LH372270181AU
Any ideas?
Thanks

Yes.
Aus post the original sender country seems to have an issue at the moment, they have a notice that they can't update by SMS and email
https://auspost.com.au/disruptions-and- ... ifications
Then tracking at other international sites, they report that Aus Post is having issues.
It's entirely possible that the entry about entering Australia may be a symptom of this issue rather than a cause. But try and reach out to @royalmailhelp on Twitter they have more access to audit tracking than we do, we are just ordinary posties replying from home.

Okay so to be clear: the parcel has been sent back to Australia?
I don't see how the issue with aus post could cause that to happen? It said all their services took place as normal (In terms of deliveries etc).
And it scanned in the UK so surely it has entered the RM system so why would an issue with aus post make them send it back.
I don't have twitter is there another way to contact RM to get that extra information?
Cheers!
