I have discovered that I am not the only one who has struggled to understand the lack of clarity on Tracked 48 items, and (like others), have a parcel which now seems to be stuck at Jubilee MC. Marked as "received" almost 2 weeks ago, with no tracking info since
Without me giving the details (and long history of my chasing Customer Services) , please can I just ask, that if I turn up at the Mail Centre (as I am the original sender on record), am I likely to be able to physically retrieve the parcel directly from there.

No. Two issues:
It is against the law for Royal Mail to hand it over like that;
Even without 1., Jubilee is vast, and they wouldn’t be able to just produce it like that.
