Wondered if someone may assist me, I ordered a pair of shoes and they were sent on 8 Feb and I'm unsure if they have left the UK even yet, or in customs somewhere, I am in Australia. Thank you

The tracking says “Item Leaving the UK” on the 09th February, i.e. it was put on the plane that day. So it is probably stuck in Australian customs.

One potential issue: many countries restrict the import of leather goods. I tried searching Australian Border Force’s website to look this up but it isn’t very user friendly.

Another potential issue: lots of UK senders fail to attach customs forms. There are also different customs forms for items worth more than £270 but even people who post a lot of stuff are often unaware of this.

If your item fails to arrive in the contracted time then you should claim a refund from the seller.
