Wrong Tracking History
Hello, I've sent documents on 26 July 2024. However, the tracking history is showing it's been delivered 22 July 2024 to a totally different address. I need to know the actual tracking history as those documents are original and supposed to go to passport office (HMPO)

We are not an official Royal Mail site, so we cannot assist with your specific inquiry. However, the Passport Office uses a central delivery point at the nearest Mail Centre, so it should be fine if it was delivered there.
Without the tracking number, it's challenging to provide any information about the situation. However, it’s impossible for them to receive it four days before you posted it unless there is a duplicate tracking number.
