T24 Posted Tuesday - Still not arrived

Post by 750XL »

Have a T24 posted on Tuesday showing at the London MC, not any tracking or updates since.

Rang RM today who said it's it in Preston and has been kicked out by the sorting machine, like 'precious valuable coins would'.

This makes no sense to me? It's simply a pair of trainers T24 so why would the sorting machine reject it, assuming it's well packaged and labelled correctly which i know it is. Perhaps the label was damaged in transit but should it take this long to sort that issue, I assume the address or tracking number is still visible?

Any ideas?

If the label is damaged then its possible that the address and tracking details are as well. The best suggestion is to contact RM on the phone and ask to make a claim. Then your details and the a description of the parcel will be sent to the department that deals with items that' cannot be delivered for some reason. (its the NRC (national Returns Centre) based in NI).
