I have paid to send signed for parcel to USA from UK. It has been in Langley HWDC for a while. How long is this usually for please? I am trying to send important education certificates to my daughter. She needs them ASAP.

Langley is the last tracking provided before an item arrives in a foreign country.
However, the parcel has to pass US customs (where it probably is) before it is passed to the USPS.
