Hi
Next year will be my last year in RM and i plan to take my NRA 60 one year early after 40 years. My pension will be due in February , but im just wondering would it be better to leave it to May as i understand the pension increase happens at the beginning of April (therefore i possibly may get a larger lump sum and slightly more pension than taking it in Feb )- i intend to leave in the summer

If you are retiring rather than working somewhere else taking it in the new tax year will be beneficial as your personal tax allowance can all be used.
