Tried having my parcels collected tomorrow but when I try to arrange it it says “sorry, no time slots are available”
Is there a cut off time when you can’t arrange a collection?
I’m sure I’ve arranged a coll crush later than 11 as well …

Just use Evri, they'll turn up, or you can drop it at a local shop. Full tracking, 20 quid cover and cheaper. We haven't looked back since moving our parcel business to them, fewer losses, and faster resolution of the inevitable issues.
