I have a big problem with the shipment containing medicines for my daughter and it was kept in the Distribution Centre.
If she doesn't take them, it will be a threat to her health. What can I do ?
Sent like a Priority registered letter 12/12/23 from Poland and still I don't have it :(

Tried that tracking number on the parcelapp site and it came up with:
That shows that UK customs are holding it for extra checks. My guess is that they're checking that whatever the medicine is, that it's legal for it to enter the UK. Unfortunately there's no way to know how long it'll take customs to make their extra checks.29 Dec 2023 08:02

When I worked in the Post Office, and customers brought in a package of pharmaceuticals to send to another country, my advice was always not to bother. Customs frequently delay and / of seize them. You should always attempt to get a prescription in the country you live in, if you will be there a while.
