hi can anyone help i sent my passport application form to Australian Embassy for Signed for by 1pm delivery today 22.12.2023

i've tracked it and it says it has been delivered to Mount Pleasant EC1 DO and signed for by Michael and the pic is of a green looking bag BUT MY PARCEL was a brown hard backed envelope with documents . Where is my parcel and when will it deliver to the Australian Embassy in the STRAND WC2B4LA????

Mount Pleasant delivery office serves both EC and WC postcodes I believe. The embassy might have an arrangement to collect their mail from the DO, rather than delivery to the address. If the above is correct then Royal Mail have done their part and the rest is down to the embassy going there to collect.
Specials are supposed to be carried in green sacks. Is that what the picture is of?

Others have reported the same in the past.
It's likely that the High Commission has their mail processed at Mount Pleasant - perhaps due to the volume of mail they receive.
Your parcel is probably in the green bag..
