Hi,
I've got 3 parcels awaiting for delivery. I have been waiting for almost a month. 2 parcels stuck at Jubilee MC, they are WC061399595GB, WC061395240GB. 1 parcel stuck at PSC Atherstone - WC061371668GB. I have been informed that there was a delay due to huge amount of parcels and several holidays. But my cases are just too long. I wonder what can I do at this point?

Hi, does anyone have any idea of this situation? Why is no one replying to this post. I saw other posts have plenty of replies 
. Those parcels still haven't arrived. They are stuck at MC! I believe those parcels reached the mail centres on holiday, so they were not delivered right after, and then loads of parcels covered them.
I wonder how to contact Jubilee MC and PSC Atherstone directly. Is it possible that I go there and look out for those parcels?

There are no backlogs in mail centres to cause such long delays you have experienced with your items.
All 3 have not moved for well over the 10 working day limit and so will be deemed lost.
If you bought the postage you can make claims via Royal Mail customer services. If you purchased goods from a company then you need to contact them for a refund.
Sorry for your losses and the crappy service you have received, all I can offer is that it’s pretty unusual for that to happen.
