Special By 1PM ready for delivery
I have an item ve787492455gb which was received at me local DO this morning. It has said ready for delivery since 6:56am but postman has been and gone hours ago and nothing delivered. Any advice please?

As above, but the "relatively" good news is that they scanned it again today.
As the guarantee has failed the sender will be able to claim at least the postage fees back.
