Have mail centres been issued with guidance for this?
Do any mailings with the non barcoded Machins need to be in before last collection on Monday? Or can you post before end of Monday for stuff that will only enter the network Tuesday?
Worried it's going to be a bit of a shower. I use commemorative stamps which will remain valid after next Monday but there's so much misinformation about in the media about all stamps without barcodes not being valid which is not strictly true.
