Hi everyone. Appreciate you’re probably sick to death of these.
Have an important parcel coming through from Greece. It arrived at Langley yesterday evening with the tracker
“Item Received LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom”
The only tracking before that was in Greece, awaiting dispatch.
I know it’s only JUST got to the UK, so need to be patient but this package started it’s journey on the 19th of June so it already feels like AGES. I do know the time before it got to them is irrelevant, just explaining my state of mind haha.
I was wondering if the tracking is specific enough to say if it’s going into customs, has passed customs, has been selected for more in-depth customs review, has been handed over to RM, etc. or is it going to stay at “item received” until it’s out for delivery?
What are times like at the moment? Seems like it’s either a couple of hours or a couple of months?

My advice is to keep any eye on the tracking from this website http://parcelsapp.com/en rather than RMs.
This website will show who last scanned it with a logo.
However, as long as Customs do release it then RM will scan it as it comes out and you should be able to follow it till its delivery. Normally I would say, without any local delays, parcels normally take only 1 to 2 days to get through to the Delivery office.
