NO update on my parcel status
I sent my parcel for a return two days ago via RM 48, but I haven't received any update since the package was received in London Central MC. It should have been delivered today, so I'm worried the parcel has been missing or lost. What should I do?

You don't need to do anything. This is a return so if it is lost then it is the retailer's problem, not yours.

Tracked Returns are treated differently and without knowing the returns system for a particular company its possible that the MC is the last point for scans of that particular company.
