Undelivereed special delivery - no return address

I sent a package by Special Delivery, but stupidly forgot to add a return address. It was refused, as it turns out the address was incorrect.

This is the tracking information I see on RM web site:

My question is - where is the package now, and how can I go about getting it back? I've tried to contact RoyalMailHelp on twitter but no one responded, and have not had a chance to phone the helpline yet.

You need to complete a lost parcel form (P58inland, or online equivalent).
