My friend in Ireland has posted by tracked mail an envelope with a ticket for a football match on Sat 7th Jan.
He posted it on 19th December and it arrived in the UK on 21st December. Tracking number RL553372767IE
The last entry states
Tracking history

Item has left our International Processing Centre
LANGLEY HWDC, United Kingdom
Then nothing. Needless to say it has not arrived and if it doesn't arrive soon I won't be able to go to the match.
I called the Post Office help line but they couldn't give me any more information.
What's the point of tracking if this happens?

I am having the same problem. The tracking info says it left HWSC on 4/1/2023 and has no update yet. Does it take a while for letters to be transferred from Langley to the post offices? By the way, my letter is going to the Liverpool passport office. Tracking number RE068637475GR

There is always a delay for items going to ALL Passport Offices mainly because they get so many the system takes a while to update. The good news is it has been scanned in as due delivery today. Although if it is delivered it could a while to show on the system.philip2004 wrote: ↑05 Jan 2023, 21:10I am having the same problem.
