I ordered supplies from my usual supplier from the US and the package arrived and was scanned at Langley on the 27th November, since then there's been nothing! No update, the seller has asked me to be patient but I have disgruntled customers waiting on these supplies.
4 weeks seems a little excessive to be stuck with no movement? My following order from the same supplier arrived yesterday with no delays.
Can anyone shed some light on what to expect in this situation please?

That looks like it's been delayed in customs and the delays there seem to be quite bad at the moment. I saw one coming from the US at work this morning. It was dated 24 Nov. So hopefully, yours will be in the system soon.
However, I would still contact an official RM site, perhaps Twitter (@royalmailhelp) as they have access to more information than we do on this site. (we aren't an official site)
