Hello, could someone here help to look into the status of a special delivery, as there is no tracking on the website, just that it has accepted at the post office?
It was posted on 28/11 Monday and can provide tracking number, if someone could look into it.

We can only look at the public tracking, the same as you. But if you want help interpreting what the tracking information means, then post the tracking number or the full tracking history into this thread.
Always useful to know what the contents are, in case that is what is causing the problem.

I went to the post office and they said it was collected on 28/11 Monday.

Contact Royal Mail as soon as you can. The special delivery item should have received a scan at the Mail centre at the very least.
Sometimes when they go to an Embassy the tracking can do unusual things but Royal mail have more in-depth information on their system than is available to us. They may be able to see where it was last seen.
