I need help with a special delivery that has not moved since Tuesday early morning.
Nothing came today either. I know there were two days of strikes but I need this item for tomorrow urgently. I received another special delivery sent on the same day from somewhere else instead.
I have contacted RM on Twitter but they take ages to reply so not holding my breath about a reply today and on the phone they hung up on me because the line was too busy at the moment the voice said. Thanks in advance.

It's supposed to go to Essex. It should be sent to Chelmsford MC. Just spoke with RM on the phone and they couldn't tell me anything helpful. Just that there is no guarantee for this due to the strikes, which I knew already. I am hoping they get to work my item today. I really need it.
