Hi there my item said leaving Langley on the 18th of October and today 10 days later it says item received again at Langley and is being prepared to dispatch. What is this error kindly clear my doubts thankyou

What country is it going to and what's the contents? Sometimes the contents can cause problems with customs in the destination country.

International Signed is only trackable within the UK, once it goes abroad, the next time it'll get scanned is when delivery is attempted
