Hello, the postal receipt I got from the post office has the post code and po box number.
However the clerk did not type the word 'po box' before the number.
Is this likely to be an issue?
Does the delivery follow the address on the letter or the address on the receipt?

Royal Mail follow the address on the package. I don’t think they have access to the information input in Horizon, and many certificates of posting are handwritten.
