Getting a tracking number from sender MQ559484687GB & RM tracking indicates that they have received the item at Heathrow International LC... But has now been there since 26/09...
Is it likely that the order will be delivered? International tracking from YDH shows the item has cleared customs?
RM customer service said there's no way to contact the Heathrow depot & I have to contact the seller, which I have already done. It's a clothing order so not sure why it is held in Heathrow for so long?
