Can anyone assist? A parcel was sent to me from Kenya using Kenya Post on 8/8/22. Tracking number was provided. When asking the sender why there was a delay, he obtained from the Kenyan Parcel service an airway Bill showing the my parcel, along with 10 other parcels, had been bagged up and sent to Langley on 10/8/22. Since then no tracking up date.
Anyone who works at Langley are you able to explain what happens if/when a bag containing 15 individual tracked parcels goes missing?
