Item stuck at Langley HWDC since last week

Hello everyone,
I'm Luis from Mauritius. I ordered a screen assemble last week from one of my British suppliers and he sent same via Royal Mail signed as usual. Normally, it takes maximum two days to move out of Langley HWDC. This time it's stuck there for almost a week. Is there a problem sending stuffs to Mauritius right now?

What's the tracking number?

Looking at RM's country guide for Mauritius ( https://www.royalmail.com/mauritius ) it looks like it might not be allowed into Mauritius.

Here's the tracking number RL145105919GB.

I've also checked the list of prohibited items. Mine is a laptop screen and there's no prohibition up to date concerning these type of items. I've bought one recently and there was no issue.

International Signed is only tracked within the UK, once it reaches the destination country the next time it'll be scanned is when delivery is attempted.

It's most likely stuck in customs in Mauritius. I don't know if items going to Mauritius get routed via another country on the way

Till now, everytime the parcel reaches a new milestone, i used to have updates till it reaches delivery point. That's why i posted here to get answers because it's the first time i'm having this since i'm using the international signed service.
I'll wait a few more days and post the outcome on the forum.

Did you use either International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed in the past?

Yes i did. My supplier always send his parcel by Royal Mail International signed.

As promised, i'm posting in the forum as i got an update on my tracking yesterday. My item has left the UK and is on its way to Mauritius :).
