Hello first time using this forum I understand this is for royal mail but as parcelforce has no forums I came here. Im having abit of trouble with parcels inbound to the uk from the usa, its showing on the parcelforce website as having arrived into the uk on the 13th of june, and a separate parcel arrived about the 16th of june, both are saying arrived in uk international hub since then theres been no updates I dont think theyve even went into customs yet. I have contacted parcelforce on twitter who are just telling me to contact usps who are saying contact parcelforce im sick of going round in circles just wondering if anybody on this forum is in the same position or has any idea what the problem could be?
