Well as the title says really anyone got any insight as to what the hold up could be? I had a special delivery parcel collected yesterday and ever since it’s just stuck at “We’ve got it” and hasn’t moved at all. Obviously at this point it’s late already and considering I spent extra as it was time sensitive I’m pretty annoyed.
It doesn’t help that their Twitter just flat out ignored me and their customer service phone basically just gave me “Oh well I’m sure it will turn up”
Pretty wound up all in all and mostly by the service received afterwards

It would be helpful to see the tracking. Hard to give any opinion without that.
