incorrect address
I posted a parcel on Thurs 19th May to a correct address but an incorrect postcode - I put W1 1SL which does not exist instead of W5 1SL. The rest of the address is correct - Flat 24, Stanley Court, 1 Woodfield Road Ealing. Reference Number 0212-173F-0149-74F0. How do I get it returned? Unfortunately I did not put on a return address

There is still a chance that the item will be delivered if you included Ealing in the address on the parcel. But as parcels can be sorted by machines these days, the incorrect postcode may have delayed it.
However, even now your best bet to get it returned if it does not get delivered is to fill out a claim form https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... VRJTIxJTIx.
Fill in the details as much as possible so that if it is undelivered the Returns Letter branch can search their database and identify and return the parcel. The more details you can give the better the chance.
