My boyfriend sent me a gift from America. He sent it on the 14th of April and the tracking has been updating fairly regularly but as of the 19th it hasnt moved. On the parcelforce website it says it has arrived in the UK and no further update from there. If someone can please clarify what is going on i would appreciate it.

To be frank, a few days is nothing - worst-case scenarios during covid we were seeing 4 to 6 weeks. It's no longer at that level but we have seen that 3 weeks isn't unusual, but not common.
