Hello!
On the 7th March I sent two parcels to Germany, both International Tracked and Signed.
Parcel one has made it to Germany already and is going through the non-eu checks. Parcel two is still stuck in the UK. Tracking on the Royal Mail site has been showing "We have your item and it's on its way. More information will be available as it travels through our network."
I am worried parcel two has gone missing. I wouldn't have made a post if it had reached Langley HWDC because I saw the post about Langley not tracking international parcels once they've passed through their systems. But surely it shouldn't still be at the Mailing Centre.
Been trying to find if there's a backlog there, but found nothing. Thought I'd get more help here from people who know the postal system better.
To anyone who has experienced something similar, did the parcel eventually start moving again? Or do I accept mine has been lost to the void.
