Why is RM 48 not being scanned on delivery?
More than 30% of RM48 with delivery confirmation are not being scanned on delivery?
Is there a reason for this?

Most of the stuff we have sent out, sorry it is around 3 in 10 to be exact.

I queried this with Royal Mail as a lot of our RM 48 & 24's were not getting scanned upon delivery and I was surprised to find out Royal Mail are under no obligation to scan items using those two services (different for Tracked 48 & 24 - but even then they are not always scanned due to equipment failure)
