Hi all, a parcel I sent 1st class signed for to an incorrect address given by the recipient was refused and tracking suggests "Return to Sender". Despite knowing tracking details I am unable to redirect, arrange for return or declare any sort of interest in my parcel. It seems Royal Mail will know where it is - I understand it's now on the way to Belfast - and I know where it needs to go either back to me or to the correct address I now have. I also have photos of the parcel and it's contents. Despite all this there seems to be no way of tying these things together. Even return to the Post Office from where it was sent from, which must be on record, bat my request would be useful and from where I can ID myself. All seem better options than filling space in a massive warehouse. If there's anything that I'm missing please could someone let me know. Thanks for the help
