Hi All,
On 08 January, I sent a small parcel (some used booked) to a friend in Bulgaria using RM International Tracked & Signed.
Per the RM tracking system, this left the UK on 11 January, but after that seems to have vanished, not even being noted as having arrived in Bulgaria.
I'm aware that there are apparently backlogs at customs because of Brexit or similar, but 5 weeks and not even scanned as having entered the country?
Or is it being delivered to Bulgaria by tortoise?
I've submitted a "lost" claim already, but wondering if there is actually any hope of this parcel arriving, or any way of requesting its whereabouts from Bulgarian Post?

Just about all countries won't scan items when they get handed over to customs
