My parcel has reached Sheffield MC on 16 Jan and it showed "In Transit" since then. I'm not sure whether this situation is common. I tried to call Royal Mail but their line is always busy. Don't know what to do now.
My tracking number is QP904675317GB. Can anyone give me suggestions? Thanks
