Package held in Langley
I have a package that has been held up at Heathrow customs since 31 December. It was going to the Netherlands. Can anyone advise on why it’s taking so long and what is best to do now?

From that long agio you are probably best contacting an official Royal Mail site or their Customer Services. Twitter @royalmailhelp may be a good place to start.
However the rules for stuff going between UK and EU changed on 1 Jan 2022 so its possible it may have fallen fould of that, I have certainly seen an uptick in the amount of customs rejections being sent back to sdenders.
