Hey so I'm not totally sure I'm posting this in right site ect lol. But if anyone could help would be appreciated.
I had a parcel posted Tues 18th Jan special delivery, to be delivered Wednesday 19th. It was posted North of England, & didn't arrive Wednesday. When I checked tracker it showed it reached Edinburgh Mail Centre at 4am Wednesday morning. But hasn't arrived & that's the last update on tracker, its not even gone to my local sorting office. That's nearly 5 days it's stated it reached Edinburgh MC, but RM said they can't do anything until the 26th.
Wondering what will be happening & why it arrived OK in Edinburgh MC, but not moved.
Any help appreciated.
