Redelivery question

My local delivery office seems to be delivering our mail once a week recently even though it's not on the list of RM offices with issues..

Anyway, they tried to deliver some parcels to me on Thursday and left a P739 as I was out.

I went online and requested that RM redeliver on Saturday (today) - however, there was no delivery today.

So my question:

a) should I expect the parcels to turn up tomorrow/Monday?
b) should I rebook the redelivery?
c) if I go to the Delivery Office, would I be able to pick them up?

Grateful for any advice.

Thanks, I went to the delivery office but they didn't have them.

Apparently they were loaded for redelivery yesterday but none went out due to illness.

Hopefully, we will get them tomorrow..
