Parcel still leaving the Uk status

Hello

I posted a parcel to the USA via international tracked & signed on 3rd Dec. The last update is parcel leaving the UK on 4th Dec at 10:48am & nothing since. Are there currently delays with US customs? The parcel contains Christmas presents so am hope-full they arrive before the 25th.

I sent 2 parcels to my sister in Australia on 28th November 2021. I used Track and Trace. One parcel arrived ages ago. The other one is 'cleared' at Heathrow. How can I find out what's happening and when will it move on?

You can’t find out when it will move. There is only tracking, which is a record of where it has been.

It was put on the plane on the 30th. The next tracking point is normally when it leaves Australian customs. There are some delays at Australian customs I believe, but even so three weeks is a little bit on the long side. What was inside the package?

there were delays around the 10th of December for items going to Russia, they should all be in the country but may be delayed in Customs.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can advise me on a similar problem.

The parcel was being shipped to the USA and has said "Item leaving the UK" since 14 December 2021 and also 'Handed to: Delivery partner'. Could it still be in the UK or should it be in America by now? The US carrier is USPS but their site just confirms that it has 'Passed through facility" at Langley in the UK at the same time and date. It doesn't explicitly confirm it is in the US at all and obviously the parcel has still not arrived.

Could there be any additional delays and would either company specify? The parcel is one vinyl record if that helps. Paid for express delivery but not sure what's happened. Any advice would be great thanks.

There are delays in both customs, but I notice you sent the item on 13 December which was the last posting date for the USA, so it's probably okay just caught up in the Covid, Customs and Christmas delays.
